Good take on the theme. Water killing you if you're a fireball is a nice touch.
Some of the boulder walls seem to have a very narrow margin of error, where it seems like you're going about it the wrong way. Only for it to work by jumping and bouldering just right.

i got up to rolling at which point the mechanic stopped working
